Kurogane Works is an independent game development studio based in Japan. We bring original ideas to life through thoughtful design and close attention to the experience of play.
From the first idea to the smallest interaction, we approach game development as a craft. Our aim is to create experiences that feel considered, inviting, and worth spending time with.
Our name comes from 黒鉄 — black iron. Like iron shaped in a forge, each idea takes form through care, iteration, and attention to detail.
